Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: May 7, 2026

This page explains how to remove data BoutiquePad holds on your behalf, including data received from your connected Facebook and Instagram accounts.

1. What we hold

If you've connected your Meta accounts, we hold:

  • An encrypted Meta access token tied to your account.
  • The Facebook user ID, Page ID, and Instagram Business account ID associated with your connection.
  • Cached snapshots of public profile and post data for the competitor accounts you added to your watchlist.

We also hold your BoutiquePad account data: profile, saved lists, workbook entries, billing records (handled by Stripe), and standard server logs.

2. Disconnecting your Meta accounts

From inside BoutiquePad: open Spot Trends, click Disconnect at the top right. This immediately stops new data fetches.

From Meta: visit Meta's Business Integrations settings, find Boutique Pad, and click Remove.

Either method invalidates the stored access token. Within 30 days, we delete the token and the watchlist snapshots associated with your account.

3. Requesting expedited deletion

If you want us to delete your Meta connection data immediately instead of waiting for the 30-day cycle, email support@tractionify.com from the email address on your BoutiquePad account with the subject line "Meta data deletion". We confirm and complete the deletion within 7 business days.

4. Deleting your full BoutiquePad account

To delete your entire BoutiquePad account (profile, saved lists, workbook entries, plus any connected Meta data), email support@tractionify.com with the subject "Account deletion". We complete the request within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy. Billing records are retained as required by law.

5. Confirmation

We email a confirmation to the address on your account once deletion is complete. If you don't hear back within the SLA, reply to your original request and we'll escalate.
