Terms of Service

1. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscription & Billing

BoutiquePad is offered on a paid subscription basis. New accounts include a 7-day free trial; you must provide a valid payment method to start the trial. After the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews monthly at the price shown at signup ($49/mo at the time of writing) until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Trials cancelled before they convert are not charged.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@tractionify.com within 14 days and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or scrape the Service's content;
• Attempt to access another user's account or any non-public part of the system;
• Interfere with the Service's operation (rate limits, abuse, denial of service, malware);
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

BoutiquePad provides aggregated information about publicly visible stores, ads, and products to help you research the market. The Service's software, branding, and curated content are owned by us. You retain ownership of any data you input (e.g., workbook entries, saved lists).

You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process your inputs only to operate the Service.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that the data shown is complete, accurate, or current — third-party stores change frequently. Nothing in the Service is business or financial advice. Decisions you make based on the data are yours alone.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for legitimate operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately; workbook data may be deleted after 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tractionify is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
